The Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Office presented a guide under the title “Risks of dealing in virtual currencies and virtual asset service providers and their use by money launderers and terrorist financiers.”

The Securities Commission directed brokerage firms to abide by the Recommendation No. 15 / Modern Technologies of the Financial Action Task Force (FATAF) to protect these financial institutions and put an end to virtual transactions from exploitation for money laundering and terrorist financing operations and to take measures to limit these operations.
