1-     Agreement with the Syrian Securities Commission

      The Securities Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Syrian counterpart for the purpose of mutual support, cooperation and exchange of information between them to implement and ensure compliance with securities laws. The memo was signed on 3/12/2006.

2-     Agreement with The Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority

     The Securities Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its Egyptian counterpart for the purpose of developing cooperation between the two parties and identifying the most important changes and developments in this field between the two countries. The Commission signed an agreement with the Egyptian Stock Exchange on 11/9/2009.

3-     An agreement with the Jordan Securities Commission.

      The Iraqi Securities Commission signed a memorandum of understanding with its Jordanian counterpart aimed at enhancing joint economic cooperation between the two sides in the field of organizing and developing the capital markets in the two countries.

4-     An agreement with the Stock Exchange and Securities Commission of Iran.

      The Iraqi Securities Commission signed on 29 / 7/ 2019 a memorandum of understanding with its Iranian counterpart aimed at enhancing joint economic cooperation between the two sides in the field of organizing and developing the capital markets in the two countries.  

 

5- An agreement with the Central Bank of Iraq.

      The Iraqi Securities Commission signed a memorandum of understanding with the Central Bank of Iraq, Tuesday 7/7/2020. The memorandum included the possibility of exchanging information available and available at the Central Bank and the Securities Commission, in addition to coordination in the field of legislation and regulatory and regulatory standards for entities that are subject to the control of both parties.

 

6- An agreement with the Iraqi Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Iraqi Securities Commission (represented by the former chairman of Securities Commission, Dr. Alaa Al-Saadi) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Iraqi Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Industry aimed at benefiting from the job opportunities available in Iraq, especially the stock market and the mutual interests of the two parties in terms of training, support and information exchange. The memorandum was signed on 7/20/2020.

 

7- A multilateral memorandum of understanding with the union of Arab Securities Authorities.

A multilateral memorandum of understanding regarding consultation and exchange of information between the regulators of capital markets in the Arab countries, members of the union of Arab Securities Authorities, where the memorandum was signed by the former head of the Securities Commission, Dr. Alaa Al-Saadi, on 7/20/2020.

 

8- An agreement with the International Center for Finance and Trade

Iraqi Securities Commission, represented by the Chairman of ISC, Mr. Faisal Al-Haims, signed a cooperation agreement with the International Center for Finance and Trade, represented by its director, Dr. Saad Abdul-Qahar Al-Sheikh. This agreement embodies the commitment of both parties to enhance financial investment and develop economic activities in the Kurdistan region. The memorandum was signed on 8/23/2023.



9-Iraq securities commission, represented by Mr. Faisal Al-Haimas, the Chairman of ISC, His Excellency, signed a cooperation agreement with Iraqi University - College of Law and political Sciences in November 2023. This agreement aims to exchange expertise and cooperate in academic, scientific and training fields, and to restore the expertise of teaching staff and joint supervision in accordance with the laws in force for both parties.


10 - Iraq securities commission, represented by Mr. Faisal Al-Haimas, the Chairman of ISC, signed a cooperation agreement with the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) on 26/3/2024. In view of the two parties' interest in coordination and cooperation in the field of training workers in the field of securities and financial services, the two parties agreed to sign this agreement between them to achieve the goals and objectives and to return the desired benefit to the securities sector.


-11 Iraq securities commission, represented by Mr. Faisal Al-Haimas of ISC, signed an agreement on the Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Guide with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on 12/6/2024, and this agreement aims to develop the work of the Iraq Stock Exchange internationally, attract investments, achieve sustainable development, and achieve the best practices required by the companies listed in ISX .
