Department of Monitoring and Inspection

 The Department of Monitoring and Inspection shall perform the following tasks:

- Supervision of the work and performance of Iraqi Stock Exchange and the Depository Center to ensure that they perform their functions in accordance with the law and instructions.

- Following -up of the obligation of licensed companies to the provisions of the law and the instructions issued thereunder.

- The supervision of securities trading operations and their compatibility with the law, instructions and decisions issued, including the trading of intermediaries, insiders and influential owners, and making recommendations to violators.
