The council of Ministers voting on Iraq Securities Commission law and send it to the Parliament.

Yesterday, the council of Ministers declined its approvement on Iraq Securities Commission law project, that has been reviewed accuracy and checked carefully from Council of State. Then it has accepted on the law according to constitution provisions, and transferred formally to Iraqi Parliament for reviewing and discussion. Also, it has confirmation on the important of this law in strengthen the economic environment and provide the security and transparency in securities sector.

In the context of this decision, the Council of Ministers take the comments of the legal department in the General Secretariat for The Council of Ministers into consideration and concern.
