Chairman of Iraq Securities Commission met the Chairman of the Integrity Commission

Mr. Hassan Al-Ukaily, Chairman of Iraq Securities Commission, met the Chairman of the Integrity Commission, Judge Mr. Alaa Jawad.

During the meeting, they discussed the reality of the securities sector in Iraq and the challenges it faces. As well as they discussed the situation of mixed sector companies in general and the Listed joint stock companies in particular and how to find common solutions and treatments between the two bodies to urge and oblige the mentioned companies to fulfill their obligations towards the supervisory authorities and shareholders, the meeting also tackled other related issues.
