Invitation to Attend the General Assembly Meeting

 Al-Mansour Pharmaceuticals its esteemed shareholders to attend the General Assembly Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 7/10/2026 at 10:00 a.m.

 The meeting will be held at the headquarters of Al-Mansour Company for Pharmaceutical Industries located in Abu Ghraib, the Expressway, before the Biladi Dairy Factory.

 In the event that the statutory quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to the following week, on Wednesday, 14/10/2026, at 10:00 a.m, at the same location and time.
