The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers discusses enhancing the effectiveness of institutional performance evaluation

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers discussed the development of the institutional performance evaluation system and the enhanced use of its results to improve the performance of state institutions. This took place during a meeting of the directors of performance evaluation departments in ministries and entities not affiliated with a ministry, held at the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

 The meeting was attended by the Securities Commission, represented by Ms. Jinan Khalaf, Director of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Department, along with a number of representatives of government entities.

 Dr. Riyadh Fadhil Mohammed Al-Faili, Director General of the Oversight and Audit Department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, emphasized the importance of translating evaluation results into practical measures that contribute to addressing shortcomings and enhancing institutional performance efficiency, based on the approved national methodology.

 The participation of Iraqi Securities Commission reflects its commitment to strengthening the institutional performance evaluation system and exchanging government expertise and best practices, thereby contributing to performance development and enhancing institutional efficiency.
