ISC Chairman meets with the Governor of the Central Bank

Mr. Hassan Al-ukaily, Chairman of Securities Commission, met with the Governor of the Central Bank, Mr. Mustafa Ghaleb. During the meeting, they discussed the financial and economic situation in Iraq and mechanisms and methods of cooperation between the two institutions to improve the reality of the securities sector and enhance the activity of banking and non-banking financial companies in trading in the Iraq Stock Exchange.
New listings of companies subject to the supervision and control of the Central Bank and other issues related to the sector were also discussed.
