The Securities Commission is a regulatory and regulatory body for the capital market, established under Law No. (74) of 2004, and enjoys financial and administrative independence. It may be exposed to and based on managing the authority and supervising its affairs, a board consisting of five commissioners, including the president and his deputy, who are full-time (full-time) and the remaining members are part-time (part-time) with expertise and specialization. The internal instructions and regulations related to the capital markets, the depository center, granting licenses to the markets and brokerage firms, and approving the listing of securities in the market.
