Department of Administrative and Legal

 Department of Administrative and Legal considers the means to direct the people and organize their work within the Commission in all respects in order to contribute to the achievement of specific goals for all individuals, not a specific category, and the department is divided into sections and divisions listed below:

Section of Human resources : - Prepare the staff of the Commission and the placement and distribution of staff to the other departments and the preparation of training plans and others to contribute to raise the level of performance of the Commission.

Financial Affairs Section : - Implementing current and investment budgets in coordination with departments and sections.

Legal Section: - Supervising and studying securities laws and related laws.

Section of Services and Maintenance : - All matters relating to the needs of the Commission, including transmission lines and maintenance of buildings.
