The Board decided the following:

To accept the listing, deposit, and trading of the shares of Al-Qabas Insurance Company on the Iraq Stock Exchange / Over-the-Counter (OTC) platform for unlisted companies.


Approval of the delisting of the shares of Al-Ribas Poultry and Feed Company from the Iraq Stock Exchange.

Ratification of the issuance of the second edition of the Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) Guide for Companies its adoption and implementation with effect from 13/5/2026, as part of the efforts to enhance sustainability practices and corporate governance among companies subject to the Commission’s supervision.
