The Board of Iraqi Securities Commission, at its fourth meeting held on 29/5/2025, resolved to approve the acceptance of the listing, deposit, and trading of the shares of Al-Badia Insurance Company on the Over the Counter (OTC) platform for unlisted companies at Iraq Stock Exchange, after fulfilling the required legal requirements.
