Amending Article 16 of the updated Securities Trading Instructions for the year 2015

Amending Article 16 From the updated Securities Trading Instructions for the year 2015 to become as follows:

- A- It is prohibited for all representatives of the broker and all its employees to trade in the securities listed in the market except through the broker they work for.

B- Insiders of brokerage firms are prohibited from trading in securities except through their own companies.
