Minutes of the certified general assembly meeting for Al-Ameen For Financial Investment

On 1/3/2018, the Companies Registration Department approved the decisions of the General Assembly of the company held on 16/8/2017, which includes one of its clauses increasing the capital from 3,410,100,000 to 3,751,110,000 billion dinars in accordance with Article 55 / Second of the Companies Law in force.
