Iraq Securities Commission has decided to suspend the implementation of the amendments to Regulatory Regulation No. (29) (Controls for the Verification of Proxies and Powers of Attorney at General Assembly Meetings), which were approved by the ISC Board at its seventh session held on 18 August 2026 and its eighth session held on 30 August 2026, until the final amendments are approved by ISC Board at its forthcoming session.
