Extension of the listing of the capital increase shares

Approval was obtained from Iraqi Securities Commission to extend the listing period of the capital increase shares of the Iraqi Credit Bank for an additional period of two months, effective from 13/9/2026 in order to complete the capital increase procedures with the Companies Registrar.
