Extension of the listing of the increased shares

Iraqi Securities Commission approved the extension of the listing period for the additional shares of the Iraqi Islamic Commercial Bank for an additional period of 90 days, effective from 1/9/2026 in order to complete the procedures for the capital increase with the Companies Registrar.
