Transfer of Al-Hilal Industrial Company to the Regular Market

Iraqi Securities Commission has decided to transfer the company from the Non-Disclosing Companies Platform and reinstate it for trading on the Regular Market, following its fulfillment of the financial disclosure requirements, submission of its final accounts for 2024 and payment of the outstanding fine.
