Notice – Al-Hamraa for Insurance

Al-Hamraa for Insurancewould like to notify its shareholders that with regard to the meeting scheduled to be held on 20/8/2026the fourth paragraph of the meeting invitation has been amended to read as follows:

Discussion of the increase in the Companys capital in accordance with the provisions of Article (55/Second) – Capitalization of Profits – of the amended Companies Law No. (21) of 1997, instead of Article (55/First).

This amendment is made to correct the reference to the legal basis governing the increase in the Companys capital.
