Iraqi Securities Commission has decided to suspend trading the shares of the companies listed on Iraq Stock Exchange (Regular and Second Markets), from No. (1) Commercial Bank of Sumer to No. (12) Babil Animal & Vegetable production.

The decision was made pursuant to the provisions of Regulatory Regulation No. (8), due to the companies’ failure to fulfill their financial disclosure obligations and their failure to provide the Commission with their final accounts for 2025.

The suspension of trading will remain in effect until the companies submit all the required documents and information and pay the fines imposed on them, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
