Unapproved General Assembly meeting

Iraqi Company for Seed Production has submitted to the Commission the unsigned minutes of its General Assembly meeting, held on 19 July 2026.

During the meeting, the shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividends amounting to IQD 8,000,000,000, representing 40% of the company's capital.
