Vice Chairman of Iraq Securities Commission Participates in the Annual General Assembly Meeting of Iraq Stock Exchange

Ms. Nagham Hussein, Vice Chairman of Iraq Securities Commission, participated in the annual General Assembly meeting of Iraq Stock Exchange, which was held at the Babylon Hotel, in the presence of the members of the General Assembly, with the participation of Mr. Diyar Hamoud and Ms. Luma Ali in their capacity as session observers.

The meeting included a discussion of the final accounts of the Iraq Stock Exchange for the financial year ending on 31 December 2025, in addition to reviewing the auditor’s report. The General Assembly also approved the report of the Board of Governors regarding the market’s activities for the year 2025 and endorsed the market’s work plan for the current year 2026.

The General Assembly further approved the discharge of the Chairman and members of the Board of Governors from liability for the financial year ending on 31 December 2025 and approved their remuneration, after completing the discussion of all items listed on the meeting agenda and taking the necessary decisions regarding them.
