In the presence of the Chairman of the Securities Authority, Prime Minister Mr. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani chaired the Ministerial Council for the Economy meeting

During the meeting, the agenda included discussing the enhancement of financial revenues and reviewing the program of the Higher Committee for Tax Reform, where the Prime Minister directed that the program be studied and final proposals submitted for it in preparation for the necessary decisions. The meeting also addressed the lending mechanisms of the Export Support Fund, with His Excellency instructing the preparation of detailed statements on exports, exporters, quantities, and importing entities, as well as following up on the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (1033) of 2025, related to maximizing revenues and reducing expenditures.
