The board of Iraq Securities Commission, in its eleventh session held on 03/12/2025, approved the listing, depositing, and trading of Iraq International Insurance Company’s shares on the Over the Counter (OTC) platform. This measure reflects the ISC and the ISX commitment to expanding the base of listed companies, enhancing sector diversity, and promoting transparency and disclosure in the Iraqi financial market.
