Decisions of ISC Board – Eleventh Session dated 03/12/2025

The Board of Iraq Securities Commission, in its eleventh session held on 03/12/2025, decided to approve the listing, depositing, and trading of Zain Insurance Company’s shares on the Over the Counter (OTC) platform. This action comes as part of the ISC and the ISX commitment to expanding the base of listed companies, enhancing sector diversity, and supporting transparency and disclosure in the Iraqi financial market.
