Postponement of the General Assembly Meeting Due to Lack of Quorum

Babylon Hotel, a joint-stock company listed on Iraq Stock Exchange, has disclosed the minutes of its General Assembly meeting held on August 7, 2025, during which the legal quorum was not met.
