Invitation to Attend the General Assembly Meeting

Iraqi Middle East Bank, a company listed on Iraq Stock Exchange, announces an invitation to its shareholders to attend the General Assembly Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Erbil Governorate – Cristal Hotel. In the event that the quorum is not met, the meeting will be postponed to Friday, August 29, 2025, at the same time and place.
