Iraqi Securities Commission releases its annual report for 2024

Iraqi Securities Commission announced the release of its annual report for 2024, which highlights the major achievements and developments in Iraq securities sector during the past year. The report includes a comprehensive analysis of the performance of financial markets, the regulations and reforms implemented to enhance transparency and protect investors, as well as efforts to develop the financial market infrastructure and stimulate investment in this vital sector.

In his comment on the release of the report, the Chairman of Iraqi Securities Commission, Mr. Faisal Al-Haimus, stated that 2024 witnessed significant steps towards enhancing the investment environment and supporting the stability of financial markets. He emphasized the Commission's commitment to continuing reforms that build investor confidence and contribute to achieving sustainable economic growth.

The Commission invited all concerned parties, investors, and relevant stakeholders to review the report and benefit from the information it provides regarding the trends in Iraq's financial markets. It also assured its ongoing efforts to develop regulatory and supervisory systems in line with the best global practices.
