Ideal employee criteria

The Board of the Securities Commission held a meeting on the standards of the ideal employee and was attended by department directors on 21/5/2023. During the meeting, forms for evaluating the ideal employee in the Commission were discussed according to criteria circulated by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to raise the level of employee performance efficiency through evaluation and reinforce this Meeting in improving teamwork with team spirit and increasing the overall performance of the Commission.
