The board of the Securities Commission, in its session held on August 31, 2022, stated:
1. Since the following companies presented their final statements to the Board of Supreme Audit within the legal period as on 31/12/2021, the board of ISC decided to grant an additional period of one year for the companies below to Submit their complete financial statements to ISC,
- Iraqi Company for Production and Marketing Meat and Field Crops (mixed joint stock).
- National Company for Metal Industries and Bicycles (mixed joint stock).
2- not to grant Ishtar Tourist Hotels (mixed joint stock) company, the aforementioned period, due to failure to submit the financial statements to the Board of Supreme Audit within the Legal period.
