Based on the Securities Commission Instructions No. (8) Disclosure of Listed Companies Article (6.b) and in view of the failure of the companies mentioned in the attachment to meet the requirements of financial disclosure and to provide the Commission with the financial statements for the first semester of 2019. Therefore, it was decided to stop trading in the Iraq Stock Exchange.
