The attendees discussed the need to study Establishing a third market for the purpose of trading the shares of listed companies that are suspended from trading and are reluctant to submit their financial statements, as well as , Some of the obstacles to the work of the brokerage companies arising from the procedures of the banks, The attendees discussed the issue of the custodian bank, and the Money Brokers Association was assigned to submit written obstacles to their work to the commission so that the commission could take the appropriate measures to address them.
