Agreement with the Syrian Securities Commission

The Securities Commission signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Syrian counterpart for the purpose of mutual support, cooperation and exchange of information between them to implement and ensure compliance with securities laws. The memo was signed on 3/12/2006.

Agreement with the Egyptian Securities Authority

The Securities Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with its Egyptian counterpart for the purpose of developing cooperation between the two parties and identifying the most important changes and developments in this field between the two countries. The Commission signed an agreement with the Egyptian Stock Exchange on 11/9/2009.
