1- The Commission shall study the listing applications submitted by the joint stock companies after their approval in the Board of Governors of the Iraqi Stock Exchange and submit a recommendation thereon.
2- Follow up the suspension and re-trading of shares of companies at the stock exchange in accordance with the instructions issued by the Commission
3- Attend the meetings of the General Assembly of listed joint stock companies at the stock exchange .
