In the presence of His Excellency the President of the Securities Commission, Mr. Faisal Al-Haimus, the Board of Governors and the Executive Management of the Iraq Stock Exchange and under the supervision of the Securities Commission, the meeting of the General Authority of the Iraq Stock Exchange was held with the participation of (53) listed joint stock companies and (40) brokerage companies in the members ’meeting.

Among the most prominent things that took place during the meeting was the election of the Chairman of the Board of Governors for the session and the CEO of the Iraq Stock Exchange in addition to the election of a representative of the brokerage firms, a representative of the listed joint-stock companies, a representative of the Association of Brokers in the Iraq Stock Exchange for the year 2020-2021.
