Iraq Securities Commission held its Board fifteenth meeting at the Commission's headquarters in Baghdad, on the morning of Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

The Board discussed the topics on its agenda and took the appropriate decisions regarding them. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of ISC, Mr. Hassan Al-Ukaily, and with the presence of the new members, after the issuance of the Diwaniyah orders to assign them.

The members are Mr. Yassin Taha Weiss, a consultant and a legal adviser who previously worked in the State Council as an advisor. He headed the Staff Judiciary Court and was a Member of the Supreme Administrative Court with other great experience, The second member is Mr. Waddah Majid Al-Taha, an international expert in the fields of economics and financial analysis, he worked in institutions abroad, and had a master’s degree in business administration from University of Liverpool, as well as a master’s degree in accounting sciences from University of Baghdad.
